The proposal for investment in a wastewater treatment plant in Phnom Penh

The meeting on December 30, 2025, led by Mr. Ros Vanna, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, with representatives of XWATER Technology Co., Ltd. led by Oknha Dr. Ly Rith, Chief Executive Officer, indicated that XWATER Technology Co., Ltd. has requested to create an investment plan for a wastewater treatment plant.

The aforementioned meeting also reviewed and discussed the work regarding the company's request to create an investment plan for a wastewater treatment plant, which the company has the capacity to produce in a volume of 200,000 cubic meters per day in Phnom Penh.

It should be noted that this project will be appropriate, better respond to actual needs, and will be able to solve the immediate problems that the local area is facing effectively and on target.
